It Started With A Really Great Poem

I found a poem by South African poet Lebogang Mashile, and was excited to put it to video to clarify the message how important it is to tell one’s story with music in addition to script.

Sound Ranch does really cool music things. True, I own that company too, so I’m supposed to sort of say that. But, The focus of Sound Ranch really is to reach new boundaries with music and storytelling.

I made the video as I perceived what my imagination looks like when formulating a story. It’s chaos, really… with words, images, different sounds and types of music.
